Business Development Manager (IT/IS products and services)
What you will do:
• Actively search for and attract new corporate clients (B2B segment) through cold calls, business correspondence, personal meetings, and participation in specialized events (exhibitions, conferences).
• Prepare and present individual commercial offers to clients, taking into account the specifics of their business and technical conditions.
• Coordinate the process of concluding deals at every stage: from initial communications to signing the contract and starting project implementation.
• Maintain the client base and current deals in an up-to-date form in the corporate system.
• Continuously analyze the IT and information security market, monitor competitors, and study market trends and needs.
• Participate in the development of the company, propose initiatives to improve services and products.
• Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with leading customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Experience as a sales manager in the B2B segment, in the field of IT and information security, is desirable.
Technical knowledge:
• Ability to perform technical analysis: ability to understand customer needs in the context of their business processes and propose technical solutions.
• Practical experience in selling complex IT products and services to the corporate segment.
Communication skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication: ability to express thoughts clearly and convincingly, both verbally and in writing.
• Presentation skills: ability to deliver compelling presentations to different audiences (technical specialists, management).
• Sales and negotiation skills.
• Needs identification: ability to ask the right questions, listen to the customer, and identify their actual problems and needs.
• Presentation and demonstration: the ability to conduct effective presentations and demonstrations of products/solutions.
• Negotiation and closing deals: the ability to negotiate, overcome objections, agree on price and terms, and close contracts.
• Sales funnel management: tracking deals at all stages of the funnel, forecasting sales.
